We provide state-of-the-art work equipment. Additionally, free hot and cold beverages as well as employee offers within the Corporate Benefits program are available. Through "JobRad," we offer leasing of a company bike. If you commute by car, you benefit from proximity to the B10 and free parking spaces. For field sales, we provide neutral company vehicles. Our location can also be reached by train and bus.
Work-Life Balance
Our employees are our most important resource. As a family-owned company, we care about their needs beyond working hours as well. Therefore, it is a priority for us to balance private life and work. To support this, we offer flexible working time models with flexitime accounts, as well as a regulated vacation entitlement of up to 30 days per year. Mobile work from home is possible (depending on the job function), with VPN access to all necessary data.
