Deburring Tools for
Edge Deburring
Edge deburring always presents new challenges, especially regarding the type of edge. It can be sharp, curved, mechanically preformed, or not precisely defined. For safety, functionality, and fit, all sharp residues (burrs) on the contours of the workpiece must be removed during edge deburring. At the same time, the shape, size, and fit of the component must not be compromised. We recommend deburring directly on the machine for consistently reproducible results of the highest quality. This reduces process costs and throughput times.
Precise Deburring Even with Dimensional Variations
Especially with castings or workpieces featuring undefined edges and dimensional variations, conventional deburring methods quickly reach their limits. Different contours, tolerances, and material properties require flexible and precise solutions. With our ibex deburring system, even complex or changing component geometries can be machined with process reliability—ensuring consistent edge quality, reproducible results, and reliable production even with varying workpiece dimensions.
