Advantages of Our PCD & CBN Tools

Our PCD & CBN tools are designed for process reliability, higher repeatability, and extended tool life—ensuring reproducible results even in series production. PCD is particularly suitable for machining non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites due to its high wear resistance and thermal conductivity. CBN is the preferred choice for hard machining of hardened steels, especially in the 50–65 HRC range, as well as for cast iron, carbides with over 18% Co, and nickel-cobalt-based superalloys. CVD-coated tools additionally offer excellent properties for high-temperature applications and are ideal for high-precision machining with minimal wear and improved surface finishes.
