The E-Z-Burr universal deburring tool consists of a base body, the spring-loaded Flex-Arm cutting edge, and the adjustment & locking screw. All spare parts are available for separate order.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF THE E-Z-BURR UNIVERSAL DEBURRING TOOL

1. DEBURR FRONT SIDE When inserting the tool, the spring tension of the (replaceable and adjustable) cutting edge removes the burr on the front side of the borehole. |

2. DEBURR BORE While passing through the hole, the cutting edge is pressed into the tool under spring tension. The cutting edge back is rounded and polished so that the bore is not damaged during this process. |

3. DEBURR BACK SIDE When exiting the hole on the rear side, the cutting edge is extended by the spring tension. In the reverse feed, the rear side of the bore is deburred. |
CUTTING EDGE ADJUSTMENT

The cutting edge of the E-Z-Burr can be easily extended or retracted using an Allen wrench. This allows the cutting circle to be adjusted without modifying the tool. Thus, the tool can be used for a wide range of diameters. |
