MODEL CX 2000
- Universal, interchangeable inserts for parts from Ø 0.045" to Ø 1.003". Adjustment is made in 0.0001" increments within a maximum adjustment range of 0.021".

Four machine variants available for maximum flexibility and adaptation to specific applications:
1. “Rigid” version with manual diameter adjustment
2. Version with automatic, pneumatic-controlled diameter compensation for consistently constant surfaces despite diameter fluctuations or taper up to 0.021".
These machine variants can each be ordered for through machining or for parts with flange – featuring an adjustable stop mechanism. - Adaptable to local electrical conditions.
- Adjustable tilting base allows the ideal feed angle from horizontal to vertical for automatic or manual part feeding.
- Stepless drive enables setting the optimal production speed to achieve desired dimensions and surface finishes.
- Optional workpiece feeders (Teflon-coated V-rails) for long parts or workpiece alignment in series production.
- Consistently precise specified diameter and surface quality: workpieces of varying lengths are machined within seconds with improved dimensional accuracy within a tolerance range of <= 0.0004".
MODEL CX 3000
The CX-3000 is designed for fixed installation in production.
The CX-3000 machine is available in two models:
- CX-3000-1 for part diameters from 0.045" to 1.004" (1.15 mm to 25.50 mm)
- CX-3000-2 for part diameters from 0.963" to 2.504" (25.46 mm to 63.60 mm).
