The Brush Ende Type is suitable for machining a variety of metals such as steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and magnesium alloys up to a hardness of 55 HRC. Thanks to the special ceramic fiber technology, even hard-to-reach areas can be precisely deburred, rounded, and surface-finished. The individual ceramic fibers feature self-sharpening cutting edges, ensuring a consistent grinding effect throughout the machining process. This enables consistently high deburring and surface quality over the entire tool life. Due to the flexible fiber structure, the tool gently adapts to contours and workpiece geometries without altering them. At the same time, the soft and low-vibration operation ensures safe and controlled machining even on delicate components. The Brush Ende Type is suitable for use on CNC machines, in automated production processes, and in combination with the MMC system. Due to its process reliability and consistent machining quality, it is also recommended for robotic applications.
