The Al2O3 high performance ceramic fiber rods consist of approximately 1,000 bonded ceramic fibers with diameters of only a few microns. The tips of each individual ceramic fiber form the cutting edges, which are temperature resistant up to about 150 °C. Due to their self-sharpening effect, the grinding performance remains consistently stable. This ensures uniform and excellent polishing and grinding results. |

Deburring bores over Ø 35 mm Bores from Ø 20 mm up to and including Ø 35 mm can be ideally deburred with the three types of the "Ceramic Fiber Cross-Hole Brush Extra Large." For bore diameters over 35 mm, selected ceramic fiber surface brushes may also be suitable. These expand up to 115 mm at longer overhangs and appropriate speeds, enabling deburring of larger bore diameters.
