In this joint workshop, KEMPF, SolidCAM, Fahrion, and Haubex demonstrate the entire process live – from CAM programming and tooling to workholding and automated manufacturing.

Each partner contributes its specialized expertise: KEMPF provides tooling solutions for burr-free machining, SolidCAM brings CAM programming expertise, Fahrion delivers precision toolholding, and Haubex provides automated workpiece changing. Together, these technologies create a coordinated manufacturing process in which every element works seamlessly with the others.

Using solid carbide end mills, the Back-Burr Cutter, Burrless Chamfering Cutter, ExBurr Drill, and deburring brushes, we demonstrate directly on the machine how deburring operations can be efficiently integrated into the machining process.
